Unless guided by the Holy Spirit, neither Mary nor "all people" can know and believe, respectively, in Jesus Christ's Incarnation (Luke 1: 26-38) and its reverse: the Ascension proper, a.k.a., "going back up to the place where he was before" (John 3: 1-15; 6: 62-64).
The latter coincides with Christ's Spirit-active and perfect death on the cross, viz.: the exclusive basis of our right to become God's children (Ibid, 12: 32-33; 14: 18-21; 16: 5-15; 19: 30-37).
